CIVIS allows and supports academics and researchers in the creation of courses, the organization of network-building activities and other activities, including mobilities.

The calls for projects activities include: 

  • The support of bottom-up initiatives and partnerships to offer a space for network-building activities.
  • The creation of Blended Intensive Programmes (BIPs) to foster the development of short term mobilities. 
  • Mobility calls between our Member Universities and our Strategic Partners.

Call For Interest : CIVIC Engagement Projects

Civic Engagement is defined by CIVIS Alliance as a range of initiatives, actions and activities designed by a higher education institution (HEI) to engage and involve various communities, organizations, companies, governmental bodies and institutions external to academia. This call aims to identify expressions of interest for developing transnational civic engagement projects.

Mobility between CIVIS universities in Europe and Africa

CIVIS member universities and its strategic partner universities in Africa permanently invite applications for visits of members of a partner university to a CIVIS member university and vice versa.
